    Friday December 4th

    800m jog
    Dynamic flex

    Suicide Like sprints
    jog 5m, sprint back
    jog 15m, sprintback
    jog 25m sprint back
    jog 35m sprint back.

    jog about 150 then wait to go again. did 3 sets. Very tiring because my quads are still sore as hell.

    Then, Lots of ladder drills. very tiring

    Weights
    Straight Leg Deadlift. 3×[email protected]
    DB Jump Squats. 2×[email protected]
    Incline Bench. 2×[email protected]
    BSS 2×[email protected]

    notes:Another dripping sweat day, I don’t mind though. But I feel I should be running more, coach says timed runs Monday, but then it will be plyos wednesday and something like this friday. Not sure what to do :/
