jog 5m, sprint back
jog 15m, sprintback
jog 25m sprint back
jog 35m sprint back.
jog about 150 then wait to go again. did 3 sets. Very tiring because my quads are still sore as hell.
Then, Lots of ladder drills. very tiring
notes:Another dripping sweat day, I don’t mind though. But I feel I should be running more, coach says timed runs Monday, but then it will be plyos wednesday and something like this friday. Not sure what to do :/
