might have a hard time explaining some
-1 leg jump rope(switch feet half after 1 minute)
-box push offs (right leg pushs off a box, switch feet in the air)
-stair jumps(skip 2 each time)
-stair runs(skip 1 each time)
-stair 1 leg jumps?(get up stairs in as little steps as you can)
-hurdle hops
-box step ups?(step up on the box, bring opposite leg up)
