When health and exercise professionals exchange information it can’t be a bad thing. I assume that the line is crossed when the information is applied blindly to a group, the information is applied incorrectly because the individual did not learn enough, or it is marketed as a quick fix “guru-style” and exercises are not applied to individuals as part of a comprehensive program.
Yes. My point is that the information products are glorified “as seen on tv” type promotions. Comprehensive programs are not happening in reality. It’s a shame.
