I agree, go for the academics. Not many track athletes go pro and if they do they don’t make much money. What grade are you in? I don’t think school size matters too much with trying to get into a D1. Just do well then apply to the schools you want to go to academically and email the coaches at those colleges with your stats and then pick the best situation.
