I plan on doing hurdle mobility work on tempo days, but on days I have meets I will lose a tempo day (in some cases) so I was thinking of sticking the workout on the pre-meet day as the actual workout. My thoughts are that it would help loosen up the hips and other muscles to avoid tightness on meet day and I believe the risk of getting injured on the workout is fairly low. It also doesn't stress the CNS in any major way, so that wouldn't be an issue either.
