Can someone explain the relationship/difference between intensive tempo and special endurance? I am considering (well I am actually doing it right now) going with a schedule of:
Sunday: Weights upper body
Monday: Special endurance 1
Tuesday: Ext – GS
Wednesday: Acc – weights legs
Thursday: Ext – GS
Friday: Special endurance 2
What would be the effect of doing intensive tempo on Monday and Friday instead of special endurance? Or would it be prudent to mix both with int temp on Monday and Spec. E 1/2 on Friday? Or should I up the workload with SPE 1 on sunday and int temp on monday?
