We really need to know a little more info. How old are you? What is your training age? What event do you compete in? Do you have any particular strengths or weaknesses.
im 19. I run mainly 200m and sometimes 400m. I have no coach/club. I just wanted to know what things to do for gpp…i was thinking 1 day sprints, 2 day tempo, and 1 day plyos…but i dunno..any help is great…..????
