Rest 26th & 27th (trying the opposite to last season trained most days and raced a lot, this season give appropraie rest and race occasionally)
Will run in 100 m race 1 week from today, will be FAT, no idea of what it will be like. I intend to run relaxed. I will only be happy with sub 11.8
Will focus on speed work for next week, with end of session one run full outs over 150 or 200.
