Went to track for active recovery session
Drills and dynamic stretch
Tried some stride outs with easy acceleration and the hip problem was pretty bad.
I left the session early pretty pissed off.
Lots of ice afterwards
Went to chiropractor for treatment.
It was aggressive and painful focusing on the SI joints again and with pressure massage on the effected muscles.
Did easy warm up session to test and see if i am going to run tomorrow, have decided to give it a shot, running 200 first looking for 23.6 if I was healthy, might do 100 also. Leave it all on the track and not on the couch like I did for the last 10 years.
