Any suggestions from you guys for Dec 30th Session before I switch to “track SharK” or some other site for guidance!!LoL
This is what I Plan
Dyamanic Warm up
Speed Ladder
Hib mobility drills using hurdles
3 x 150 @ 18.5
6 x 30 meters falling starts
Bearing in mind I intend to run a 60 on Jan 4th
and maybe a long jump for some fun
