Chin ups – 3 x 8
bench – 3 x 6 – 70 kg
Snatch Off rack- 3 x 5 x 50kg
Bicep preacher curl – 3 x 8 30 kg
Tricep curl – 3 x 8 20 kg
Abs & core work
Did some stride outs in basket ball court – 5 x 30 meters , legs are still fried from yesterday.
