thanks for the info mike. what do you mean the muscle is in spasm. I mean i can squat down, I can jump, without it hurting but when i try to sprint or change direction it starts to hurt, where i cant sprint anymore. What is the difference between muscle spasm and muscle pull? because its been about a week and a day now since it happened and i still cant sprint on it.
