Agreed with Mike.
I am the Sprints Coach as well as Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach at a small DIII school and while our track team is real small (>15 guys) I train my throwers in a group and all other (sprints, long sprinter, multi's) together.
For pre season I have my throwers on a modified conjugate/Westside split 4x/week. And I have my other guys on a 3 days per week total body program.
Mike can you specify how much more volume you use with your longer sprinters for the recovery circuits? Go through 3x instead of 2 or add exercises. I am familar with the 24 exercise circuits you and Boo do.
