I really haven’t heard much about this “habitual sprinting” that you talk about. but it would seem to me that it wouldnt’ do you much good. if you went out everyday and just sprinted as much as you wanted to sprint, you’d never be recovered enough to get the quality out of the work. pretty soon it would all turn into speed endurace runs. also, not having at least a skeleton program is a clear cut way to get yourself injured.
if anyone has an info on this habitual sprinting method, send it along, but i can’t see how it makes much sense.
