i would do lots of shorter work (like up-backs) if running the curves really bother her or do some worm in the pool… but *more* importantly:
1) i'd good to se a good soft tissue specialist
2) i'd get her to a good chiro
3) i'd make sure to check out piriformus/glutes, low back situation
4) Also… are you sure that there is an actual imbalance or that one side is not "shut off"… you should definately check adductors, quad, and It band…
