Ive been able to do 100-150m tempo runs without pain….and Monday I did up to 20m accels with resistance no problem…I also did a couple of those walk ins with no problem..
I think by friday ill be ready for them.
By the way, I dont know if this is a problem, but I noticed that when I run now my right foot(pulled right hammy) is tilted inwards(like im pigeon toed) when I'm bringing my foot forward, but @ ground contact with my heel it rights itself straight.
Is this a big deal? Will it go back?
