Ok. first week back from injury I got muscle stim, soft tissue massage, ice/heat and enzymes.
exactly a week after I did an easy tempo workout, everything felt fine, pain was there but ok. I took the rest of the week off besides 1-2 days of walking for an hour up/down hills b/c I wanted to be conservative to rehab it right.
3rd week I started working out by doing 3 sprint workouts 10-20m @ 100%(very little if any pain) and 1 or 2 tempo runs(cant remember) once again felt little to no pain.
My question is:
For my 4th week, i'm planning on going 4-5 days depending on how I feel. I'm adding resistance(1 day) and weights(2 heavy days + 1 medium/light day) this week. I was planning on doing Flying 10's and 20's on Friday. Would this cause any more or unnecessary strain to my hamstring than doing accels? Or should I wait until next week.
Also, jumping back into 75%/80% weights should be ok right? I was thinking about snatch and it seemed likely to wait another week to put it in b/c its such a quick movement and might aggravate the hammy.
Im also planning on giving myself 4 days of complete rest after this week to make sure I don't re injure it b/c I've heard of people coming back and feeling 100% when they arent quite and they get hurt again.
