soon you could try to include:
-tech stuff like march and skips if you can tolerate it
-pool work(running in water waist high)
-bike work
-arm swings (10 sets 10-15 sec intense)
-eventualy(sooner than later)when you feel ready you could include ankle jumps and 1/4 squat jumps
they will not replace what you mentionned,but they could complement in some ways or help maintain some skills or help not to lose too much during your injury rehab process

Thanks. Comprehensive recommendations. I’m getting a little more agressive on getting back into it, but definitely will use some of your ideas.
