ok thanks for the set up, what about volume of lifting tho? and intensities? I squat 305 for a few reps (4-5) and do 325-335 for 1RM, deadlift 345, bench 250, power clean 175, what should the number look like during this time period? and reps/sets?[/quote][/quote]
