i dont really decide the pre race, our coaches do, but ya we do in’s and out’s sometimes on grass, other workouts on a soccer field sometimes
the xc coach is such a pushover that basically i could “suggest” workouts and what not, so i will try that, hes a real nice guy just not a great coach for competitive guys. Seems to be to caught up more in the mental-psychological aspect, than actually runnin hard and gettin better physically. you cant even say “wow its cold out” or he will go insane lol, i know negativity is bad, but does he really think our minds are that weak, ope i verbalized that its cold i will run horrible today.
