alright, i totally forgot to tell you a little bit of who i am. i ran at uwm (milwaukee) in 00-02. in that time i had 400 times in the 48's and had a pr of 1:57.3. now it is 4 years later, i obviously run a lot and am very passionate about it. this college roomate of mine, who was on the team, thinks it is impossible for me to go under 2. i coach cc and this season for finish work we did some 400's, the last one we did I ran a 1:04 comfortably. tired but not pushing real hard at all. i think i have it, but want to know what you guys think.
6 ft. 165lbs. looking to still shave about 5lbs. i really need a weight program, diet, and perhaps some pill info. right now all i do is a multi and some fish oil. i have looked at all the threads, so the supplement thing isnt a big deal. i just want a good program.
