is there anyone willing to help stamp out a program with me? i hope so, because the coach i will be running for doesnt have much of a clue for my situation. i already have the base more than anyone needs for the 800, i just want to work on speed development, and some power. yesterday ran a 400's 66, 60, 56, and 55. just starting to get used to going faster! does doing 200's in 25, and seeing how many you can do until you cant hold pace anymore help. maybe once a week and work your way up, therefore going out in 27-28 would seem rather reasonable. or 400's in 53-55, same concept.
