I would increase the volume and descrease the intensity of the runs t/th. Make them extensive tempo sessions – below 75% intensity and total volume 1000-3000m for recovery. Also i would consider doing max v work such as flying sprints or ins and outs either monday or friday in place of what you have. Wednesday looks good as long as recoveries are full.
So can you set up what it would look like?Also do you think i will reach my goal?
