alright, it is a good week of running…
mon- repeats-6x400s(a lil more than 400)
tues- recovery runs 30 mins, increase when i feels good, and weights
wed- moderate runs 40 mins
thurs-tempo runs 20 mins increase when i feels i can..
fri- same as tues
sat- long runs starting as 40 mins, 5 mins every week if possible, and goal will be like 70 mins…..
sun- rest
is this a good running week, i plan on doing this, if there's anything need to change, or anything, plz criticize….
i can't find any template that's like has do with 3 miles….. sorry, i did a search too….
