Where did you read that they did no true speed runs at MVP?
I cannot find in any of the info I have that Stephen Francis says he doesn’t do true speed work, BUT I do not have any info that says he does do true speed development. I have a hurdle article from him where he describes workouts for speed as 3x3x60m.[/quote]

Normal sprints to 60m are also largely avoided for fear of injury, 50-60m being prime stage for athlete to pull up”.
