Since meets are weekly then I wouldn't need to add any additional speed end. or special end. to the season plan? If that is true than what might a season plan look like? How would I take my athletes through some kind of progression from beginning to end if essentially all running would focus on acceleration development, tempo, and max v.?
I thought about adding extensive tempo and since I'm unsure about those Friday workouts I think I will do that and remove on extensive tempo day. Once meets begin would I drop that Intensive Tempo day or would I move it else where?
