Reps range from 3-5×2-10 depending on what is being accomplished.
Squat usually around the 3×6 range, well usually half squat.
Cleans dont really do anymore, usually didnt go more than 3×4, usually 3×2-3
Bench usually about the same as squat.
Deadlift do only occasionally usually singles or triples.
Power Clean 240
Take about 10% off of those numbers and thats about what I'm at now, school life has been killing me this year so all those numbers are basically prs from this summer or last track season.
