Then How Long For a Person To Get into shape for the 400m with a good training plan???
Ha, I think thats like asking how long is a piece of string, though if you get a definitive answer then let me know!!
When you mean shape do you mean being able to run it relatively evenly or run a ‘good’ time. I have been training for one full season for it now and I still feel crap the last 50m and then ill afterwards for 10-20mins!
Ran 11.4 100m this season and 22.8 200m but my 400m is still only 51.4 so I think my endurance and strength still needs quite a bit more work.
