So why do most of the people here advice easy tempo as recovery? I dont disagree with u just curious. When I ran my best 400m my recovery runs were 35-40 min very slow+3x80m strides.
Probably its not so important what u do on your recovery days, as long as u are recovering completely. The hard sessions are the important ones, and better too easy on recovery days than abit too hard. agree?
My goal is also sub 50 btw. my best so far 51.1
