I totally agree and I think the mental recovery is worth a lot, lowers stress, etc.
I have to think of a game plan for the next month or two and it will depend on when I’d like to peak. I may try to start racing in early June to see where im at.
In any case the plan will probably be something like:
M: long rep accel or speed end, lift
W: Special end or race
F: Maxv, lift
S: To be determined
