thanks this is not my base training. This is what I planned to do in the coming weeks.
But, as u mentioned its a bit too high frequency of high intensity days. Been doing something similar the past weeks and having a few symptoms of overtraining. I am just too dedicated/eager 😉
I will follow a short to long progression when the winter comes.
right now its preseason/comp period.
my easy tempo runs are usually 20x100m at comfortable speed. whats the reason why u suggest steady state cardio, cross training cardio or bw circuit?
Since its pre comp/comp I am only doing bw circuits and easy plyos. plyos on acc/speed days.
and btw. in comp phase, should one focus on devoloping maxV? Or should most of the work be speed enurance and longer?
