BTW, I’ve always thought that maximum speed was the weakest of ym race however sometimes it feels like speed endurance may be.. hard to tell, but when the guy in 1st place is ahead of me at the 50m mark.. I know it cant be a speed endurance issue cause I’ve just about hit top speed, but then the guy would build on the lead very slowly till the end. My 10-30m is by far the strongest part of my race, and my 10m is often fast but dependent on how my reaction/push off was at the start.
