Hey John, sorry to hear everything didn’t go that well this weekend but atleast there were some good points to take out of it. So how does everything work with your coaching staff. You had mentioned before that you talked with one of your coaching about goals/expectations for the season. Do they lay everything out for you with regards to your training or do you have to let them know to some extent what you think you should be doing? How do you coordinate the different lifting that you are doing with track workouts? I was just curious about that. Also, are you still going to compete this weekend even though you aren’t doing a multi now?
