Based on last year, I’d like to see you get a hell of a lot stronger and get your weight up to at least 165.
I am not sure yet what the training plan looks like yet, but when I do I will post it. 165 is around what I was thinking too.
Wisconman, I think there will be a lot more shot work done than in previous years especially be cause Eric, my training partner, is also losing a lot of points in that event. But I think I need to be more aggressive in the disc and javelin because with a little better technique the gains can be huge without even a large increase in strength.
Josh and Nick, I am definitely excited about seeing the end result of this. The facility is starting to look good too!
