Pleased about my 300 times. I usually can run about a second faster when I am on the outdoor track instead of the Indoor football field where we were today. Hopefully its supposed to get up to 50 degrees tomorrow and I will have a chance to go throw disc.
Now I gotta get ready for an intense 3 hours of Badminton Club

Haha it is a myth! I had to buy a S.A.D. lamp this year. I wish I was back on a coast, I am stuck in valley 5000ft above sea level that traps miserable weather and smog. What coast are you on?
