Sorry I have been inconsistent with my journal but I have been busy. I start working next week so it might be even worse then because I basically will be busy from 9 am until 11 pm. I need to get good so I can find a sponsor! I figure I could live off 12k-15k a year.
Thursday we did 7x1m run with 90s rest and then GS and medball circuits.
Friday:

1×26 w/40s rest Cleans
Superset: 7×5 Squat & Bench
3×4 Turkish get ups
3×10 Kettle bell swings w/legs straight

Today:
At a local park there is a trail that has those fitness stations with different exercises, maybe 17 stations? This was followed by a lunge series of 14 reps on each leg.
This week has absolutely destroyed me. Eric and I are very similar with out PB’s but he excels in the weight room and I feel better during the running. Even the GS stuff kills me. On the fitness trail today I could barely pull out two reps in a row of pull ups, but I also felt a slight drop off in my bench press yesterday too. I cannot wait for this cycle to be over because I struggle recovering from high weight room volume. I feel great running on the tempo days.
