Did not lift again today! I hate it, feels like its the end of the world missing two lift days in a row. I just hope I can get in there tomorrow.
Pretty good practice today just did 4 laps of continuous 1500m pace work, slower jog for 200m and faster for another 200m, etc. I plan on doing one more day of pace work on Thursday only do 3 or 4 laps of 400m trying to hit specific time and then a slow 100m jog in between.
