5×100 & 2×80 @ 90% with close to full recovery. Huge tailwind today so I was able to get some speed endurance/ over speed work at same time.
Clean: 8 x 1; last 5 @ 85%
Complex: (1′ rest b/t exercises; 3′ restbetween sets)
Squat: 4 x 4; last @ 75%; standup fast
Stiffness Jumps: 4 x 5
Incline Bench: 3 x 8 (speed)
Kipping Pullups: 3 x 14
RDLs: 2 x 8 (moderate weight)
I was hurting a lot after golfing this morning, but took two advil and it seemed to get me through the workout and weights. Overall great day on the track and in the weight room. Chiropractor helped out, but he said my tendon is inflamed so Ill just keep icing it at much as I can and hope for the best. Going to avoid shot put unfortunately until it goes away.
