So assuming you had a good solid coach in everything…what would be the order of events that you would want feedback in in a decathlon…also assuming that you wouldn’t need feedback in any of the running events since you would only perform one rep…
PV, LJ, Shot, sometimes HJ and Jav
Mainly the first two because I can’t tell on my own always if I need to move up or back, but for the most part I feel like feedback during the decathlon is almost too late to change what I am doing. I like to get a lot of feedback during practice and then just trust I will do the right things in the meet and not think about too many cues.
What about you? and good job in that 200 and the disc PR. My throw was only 116, but it was an improvement, I think Ill be around 120’s when I throw next.
