3x30m consecutive 1 step LJ take offs
3x30m skips for height
3x30m skips for distance
1x Endurance circuit
I felt 100% better than i did yesterday. I took a 3 hour nap today before training and i think that helped alot. My legs were fresh and i felt powerful during everything i did today. I’m guessing that if i did yesterdays testing today, the results would have been better, but what can you do. i’m getting better height of take offs every week and starting to feel like i could jump something big this year.
p.s. My kidneys seems to hurt. Creatine?
