Yeah i was thinking something like that too…I always seem to be really good (at my best) after about 24 weeks of training with was after a 4 week rest period…Then i stay the same for a while, then go down hill…
I also think this bad patch of performance right now might be down to hardly training for 3 weeks in Europe and then training 10 of the last 11 days. When we unload and get ready for my next 2 meets Mike is sure my performance will increase dramatically. I hope he’s right…I really wanted to finish off the season with 7.75m.
