Full range pulls ups – 3×6Have not lifted yet but just got back from the track. Today went really well. I felt good on the runway and hit the board well on all 3 runs. The landing drill is something i added today. I just wanted to get a feel for the aggressive downward heel strike and pull which i need to do. They went really well and from looking at the video in slow mo i can see that i extended legs and hips fully before striking down and grabbing sand. When i do this from a full jump im sure an instant 30cm or more will be added my jumps. Exciting stuff. 4B+J i went over 21m and felt nice a springy.
I had the pleasure of training with Jessica Ennis today. She is one the best overall female athletes in the world. She was also doing landing drills off a box. Very nice woman she was!
