Today started off slow and then got going pretty good. Technically speaking i am really pleased by today. I feel i am very close to hitting this Saladino landing that i’m going for at the moment. My knee drive today was a focus and seemed better than normal. Distance wise is a different story though. My short approach jumps were about 20-30cm down from normal, i only managed 7.00m from 13 and 7.20m from 15. I’m usually up around 7.50m from 15. I am sure not lifting for 3 weeks has really hurt me, but towards the end of the session i felt it coming back a little bit. I think by the end of next week i should be back to full fitness.
