Today was really really good. The 40m workout was tough but something i really needed. Wed was my first speed session in a while and i felt awful throughout. Today i felt great. Stride length was full and frequency prety good for me. I ran 10.1 m/s over the final 10m during the last 2 runs which i was very pleased about.
I’m sure i will just keep getting better now all the way until my final meet on August 8th. I’m very optimistic and think something pretty big is on its way.
