I think i may have screwed this up a little today…i ran the first one in 16.5 which i thought felt easy…But after that i struggled. 17.3 on the second and then my legs tightened up real good…finished all under 19…Ran them all nice a relaxed and didn’t really push any of them…
Overall i’m feeing great and i just heard the news i am jumping in Rome, Italy on July 19th which is excited for me. That will be a quick in and out type of trip so it will serve as more travel and jump practice for me, which i clearly need.
