Today was obviously easy as the main objective before the trials is rest and mental training really. I’m in really good shape, im confident of that. I just need to my technique to hold up on Saturday.
Having a bit of a hard time focussing however as i really do not like being back here. Where i live is terrible for training and i dont drive here (my fault i know!)
Cali is so much better for me! argh, i’m going nuts.
