4 bound and a jump – x3 (6 stride run in)

Cleans – 3×2, 2-4×1 @92.5%
wide squats – 4×5 @72.5%
sit position chin ups – 4×10
Great AM session. I felt very fast over the fly 10m, much different from yesterday. It was also nice to run over 60m. These were tough though and i felt pretty tired afterwards. I rested around 20 mins before the bounds. I went about 21.20m for the 4b+j. I didnt improve much in distance compared to the 4 stride run in last week. I am about 1 meter short of my goal at the moment. I actually found it more difficult from 6 strides. Does this mean i’m not as elastic as i need to be?
Today was one of my better clean days as well, 270 is really easy now, i feel i am ready for 305 possibly next week. Exciting stuff.
