Today was really nice. This morning i felt brilliant on the runway and was able to hit my marker every time with the approach rhythm that i want. I felt i had another few gears to go through before i would hit the board. I managed to clean 295 lbs without much trouble which was pleasing as i haven’t cleaned heavy in a while.
I didn’t feel my knee all that much. It still isn’t perfect however. I am really looking forward to competing this weekend. I am def ready for a PR.
