Today was realy good. I felt super fast on the runway. I worked on 2 key areas which were noticed from my first meet. The first one, being lower with my chest during the start of the run which in turn will give me better shin angles and the second one being, lowering AFTER the penultimate and not BEFORE.
I think these went really well. I got huge pop off the board which had my second foot land around 8.10m in the pit. I feel faster and more powerful than ever. Excited for the weekend.
