2 cone 20m apart….i start 35m before the first cone, build up to top speed by the first cone and keep going until second cone…

How else is it done? I will explain….
A: ACC to top speed to the first cone then maintain (relax, stepping over opp knee etc) through 20m fly zone – LIKE YOU DO!
B: ACC to the first cone, when you arrive at the first cone acc to 5th gear etc for the fly portion.
I think both methods work….
